OS Forgings has recently finished the manufacturing of a large heavy-duty forged nozzle for an international industrial project. The component features an impressive diameter of 2200 mm and a height of 861 mm, reflecting the company’s advanced capabilities in producing oversized forged parts with complex geometries.

Manufactured from SA350 LF2 QT material, the forged nozzle successfully met strict low-temperature impact test requirements at -46°C with a minimum value of 160J. This project highlights OS Forgings’ expertise in delivering high-quality heavy forgings for demanding applications in the energy and process industries.
