OS Forgings has completed another demanding project involving the production of large custom-made heavy forgings for a specialized industrial application. The components feature dimensions of 950/490 mm in diameter and a height of 1200 mm, requiring precise forging and heat-treatment processes to achieve the required mechanical properties.

Manufactured from special quenched and tempered carbon steel, these tailor-made forgings were produced according to the customer’s individual technical specifications.
