We are specialized in the manufacture and supply of Flanges and Forgings up to 6500 mm diameter and weight up to 150 Tons.

As a ISO 9001, PED 2014/68/EU, and AD 2000-W0 approved company, OS Forgings, in combination with very well-trained employees, meets all the requirements to be able to act as a highly professional partner on the market.

Our products are used worldwide in areas that require monitoring in plant, ship, machine and power plant construction, as well as in chemical plants, steel construction and the petrochemical industry. Forging Shop

Our Forging Shop is equipped with Open-die Forging Hammer, Horizontal Ring Rolling Machine and Vertical Ring Rolling Machine.
We complete our shop with 4 Furnaces for Forging and Heat-Treatment's processes.

Machining Shop

In our Machine Shop we are very well equipped wtih 3-Axis CNC milling and drilling machine, CNC milling and rilling machine,
Radial drilling machine, Heavy duty vertical CNC turning lathe, Horizontal boring machine as well as Wire-Electrode Cutting, Flame Cutting and Saw-Cutting machine.
